scRNAseq analysis of chicken CD3+ T cells from PBMCs and Thymus comparing TCR Cbeta KO, TCR Cgamma KO and wild type chickens at the age of 3 days-post hatch, 14 days-post hatch and at embryonic day 18. Cells were sorted, then multiplexed using BD Flec Singel-Cell Multiplexing Kit and then BD Rhapsody WTA Reagent Kit was used for preparing the smples and Library for whole transcriptomic analysis. The samples were sequenced on NovaSeq X
