Effects of ginkgetin on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) by single-cell RNA Sequencing (scRNA-Seq).

Ginkgetin could significantly attenuate NASH in a mouse model induced by high-fat diet, including reducing lipid accumulation in the liver and inhibiting hepatic inflammtion and fibrosis, which was supported by scRNA-Seq. To investigate the effect of ginkgetin on NASH and the underlying mechanism, we performed scRNA-Seq on the liver tissues from NASH mcie treated with vehicle (control group) or ginkgetin (10mg/kg/day) (ginkgetin group).
