Average Monthly Wage (QR) for Workers in Paid Employment (15 Years & Above) by Gender & GPI

Average monthly wage (in Qatari Riyals) for workers in paid employment aged 15 years and above in the State of Qatar during the period 2017–2023, distributed by gender, alongside the Gender Parity Index (GPI).The data represents the average monthly wage of workers in paid employment within each gender, as well as the Gender Parity Index, for each year of the study period. The Gender Parity Index is calculated as the ratio of the female average wage to the male average wage; a value of 1 indicates parity, while values below or above 1 indicate gaps in favor of males or females, respectively.
