Equine Odontoplasty Motion Capture Data

Videos were recorded concurrently from multiple calibrated cameras. The Vicon data was collected use a motion capture (MoCap) lab that consisted of 40 cameras. The OpenCap videos were collected utilizing three iOS devices. The videos were processed utilizing the associated OpenCap open-source software, or the Vicon Nexus software. These videos were processed using deep learning models to estimate 3D joint positions and segmental angles without the need for physical markers. The OpenCap videos were compared to the Vicon (or MoCap) data to determine accuracy and precision of OpenCap.
