Holiday shopping timeline in Sweden 2021

In Sweden, 11 percent of shoppers had already started their Christmas shopping in August, the results of a consumer survey revealed. According to a 2021 study, 19 percent of shoppers in Sweden start their holiday shopping journey on Black Friday. The period before the Black Friday and Cyber Week shopping events was only popular with 13 percent of respondents. At two percent, Cyber Monday was the least preferred time among Swedes to start with their Christmas shopping.
