Vibriosis data files

These datasets include non-cholera Vibrio case counts derived from the CDC COVIS surveillance program. <br>Sheet 1: Monthly case counts derived by digitizing plots contained in reports; national populations from U.S. Bureau of the Census; also contains monthly values for Multivariable El Nino index (MEI) and North Atlantic Oscillation index (NAO).<br>Sheet 2: Annual case counts by state, state populations from Bureau of the Census, and yearly averages for MEI and NAO.<br>Sheet 3: Year-on-year incidence rate ratios for Vibriosis by state, as well as state centroid latitude. Used for meta-regression analyses.<br>Sheet 4: Notes and data dictionary.
