Specificity characterization of zinc finger nuclease constructs bearing alterations to the FokI DNA cleavage domain and/or alterations to the zinc finger backbone. Data includes targeted amplicon sequencing in various types of cultured and primary human cells to characterize nuclease activity as well as sequence data from an oligo capture assay similar to GUIDE-seq performed in human K562 cells.
