资源简介:
In order to explore the molecular mechanism of rok1 gene deletion on the dynamics of chromosome, spindle and actin ring in sexual reproduction and mitosis, and to reveal the key genes and metabolic pathways involved in the aberrant value-added process of the cells after the deletion of the rok1 gene, this paper used the Schizosaccharomyces pombe (S. pombe) which is deleted in the rok1 gene, as a model organism. The rok1 gene encodes an ATP-dependent RNA deconjugating enzyme, which is involved in the control of cell-cycle progression and rRNA processing. control and rRNA processing.
