We generated a high-quality transcriptome for P. teira using the PacBio SMRT sequencing platform. This comprehensive dataset will assist in future genome annotation and the optimization of gene structures. The long-read sequencing approach also enables the identification of AS, SSRs, and lncRNAs, providing deeper insights into gene complexity.
