Genomic sequences of Schizothorax biddulphi less than 150bp were filtered out

Schizothorax biddulphi is a signature species that only distributed in Tarim River. Due to the constraints of its own factors and the destruction of the ecological environment, the number of S. biddulphi was drastically reduced. It has become an endangered fish. We want to provides basic data for the breeding of Tarim schizothoracin, the selection of population and the germ plasm resources conservation.
