本数据为深度学习模型参数，主要数据类型为32位浮点数，该模型参数使用我们的自己收集并计算结合自由能的多肽蛋白复合物数据进行训练产生。该模型参数通过使用多肽蛋白的数据进行训练，在预测多肽蛋白结合自由能时有更好的预测效果。
This dataset consists of deep learning model parameters, whose primary data type is 32-bit floating-point numbers. These model parameters were trained and generated using polypeptide-protein complex data that we independently collected and for which the binding free energies were calculated. Trained on polypeptide-protein datasets, these model parameters achieve better prediction performance when estimating the binding free energy of polypeptide-protein complexes.
