SNU449 and SNU449 sorafenib-resistant cell line gene expression profiling

We used microarrays to investigate transcriptomic changes between parental SNU449 and sorafenib-resistant SNU449 cells under various shRNA knockdown conditions. Samples included control, sorafenib-resistant, Ad-shHSP27, Ad-shTGFβ1, Ad-shHSP27-shTGFβ1 and Ad-shTGFβ1-shGRP78 knockdown conditions. Total RNA was extracted from five experimental conditions and hybridized to GeneChip™ Human Gene 2.0 ST Arrays to compare gene expression changes associated with sorafenib resistance and molecular perturbation via shRNA.
