Data for: Comparative assessment of NCEP and ECMWF global datasets and numerical approaches on rough sea generation for ship navigation based on numerical simulation and shipboard measurements

This file consists all the simulated and observed wind for all eight cases, by all linear interpolation method and WRF downscaling simulations. Other researchers may make other possible findings from those data about the wind characteristics on-board a ship.本数据集包含全部8个试验场景下，通过各类线性插值方法及WRF降尺度模拟得到的模拟风场与实测风场数据。其他研究人员可依托该数据集，针对船载风场特征开展相关拓展研究并获取新发现。
