Stiffness_Test_Shapes_2mm_4s_NewSensor_Clear.csv and Stiffness_Test_Circles_2mm_New_Sensor_PredLoad_Force.csv : csv files containing the x and y coordinates, as well as Bragg peak intensities and positions for the 'Shapes' and 'Circles' targets appearing in Figure 7 and Figure 8. At the last column lies the force value estiamted by the linear regression model Force_calibration_perpendicular.zip : FBG spectra files and load cell values in the attached xls file during the force calibration procedure under normal incidence Indentation_calibration_perpendicular.zip : FBG spectra files and distance (indentation) values in the attached xls file during the indentation probe calibration procedure under normal incidence Force_Angle_DataTable.xlsx: xlsx data table with the Bragg wavelegnth shifts and intensities of the force module under angled incidence at angles (phi and theta). LoadPredictionLinearRegression.rar Linear regression model for force prediction module Ring_LinRegModel.rar Linear regression model for indentation prediction module csv_to_3d_plot_Circles.py Python script that inputs the csv data of the 'Circles' target and outputs the graph of Figure 8 csv_to_3d_plot_Shapes.py Python script that inputs the csv data of the 'Shapes' target and outputs the graph of Figure 7 Due to the large size of the spectral data for the angles and ML methods calibration, data is available upon request.
