Respirometry dataset for TFM-MO2 study by D'Souza, Flávio, and Wilkie

This dataset contains the raw respirometry data used for the following paper:

In this new version, I've updated the respirometry scripts to work with pyroresp v.0.1.0, after realizing that many of the changes I had applied to the package were still only local to my computer. pyroresp is available at github.com/hugomflavio/pyroresp
