Underway Hydrographic, Weather and Ship-state Data (JGOFS) from Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0207 (2002)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Meteorological Sensor, Fluorometer, Echosounder Sonar, Navigation system, and Thermosalinograph during Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0207 conducted in 2002 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Wayne Trivelpiece). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Navigation, Conductivity, Temperature, Meteorological, Infrared Radiation, Fluorescence, Bathymetry, Salinity, and Visible Radiation data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Foraging Behavior and Demography of Pygoscelis Penguins (COPA Field Camp), and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT01-25985.本数据集采集于2002年开展的劳伦斯·M·古尔德（Laurence M. Gould）科考航次LMG0207，搭载的观测设备包括船载气象传感器、荧光计（Fluorometer）、回声测深声呐（Echosounder Sonar）、导航系统与温盐深测量仪（Thermosalinograph），本次航次首席科学家为韦恩·特里夫利普斯（Wayne Trivelpiece）博士。本数据集的文件格式为JGOFS格式，涵盖导航、电导率、温度、气象、红外辐射、荧光测量、水深测深、盐度及可见光辐射相关数据。本数据集由经过校准的、以1分钟为间隔降采样的数据生成，其中多个字段为基于多组原始输入数据推导得到的衍生测量值。本次数据采集作为“巴布亚企鹅（Pygoscelis Penguins）的觅食行为与种群统计学（COPA野外营地）”研究项目的一部分开展，并获得美国国家科学基金会（NSF）ANT01-25985号项目资助。
