This record contains the supplementary materials associated with the article “Uncovering Evaluative Profiles of Generative AI in Higher Education: A Multidimensional Profile-Based Analysis”. The dataset includes: (1) the English translation of the questionnaire used in the study, (2) a de-identified dataset of student responses (N = 178), and (3) a Pearson correlation matrix for composite and item-level variables.
