Analysis of ARID3A and ARID3B regulated genes by RNA-seq

In ovarian cancer cells ARID3A, ARID3B, or both genes were expressed exogenously with lentivirus. Cells were sorted based on expression level using fluoescent tags. RNA was isolated and RNA-sequencing was conducted to identify ARID3 regulated genes. Overall design: Cells were transduced with ARID3A-GFP, ARID3B and RFP, or GFP and RFP. Cells were FACS sorted, cells were collected, and RNA was isolated for RNA-seq.
