Yearly, 5-yearly, and Decadal Sea Surface Temperature (SST) and SST anomaly (SSTA) data averaged over the whole typhoon season (May-November) over the entire Global Ocean, North Pacific Ocean, Philippine Sea, South China sea, and Eastern China Sea. Monthly averaged SST and SSTA data are again averaged over the seven months of typhoons season (May-November). SST and SSTA data belong to 1977 to 2016. For measuring SSTA, the base years used are 1941-1970.本数据集涵盖全球海洋、北太平洋、菲律宾海、南海及中国东海全域，包含针对台风季（5月至11月）计算得到的年际、5年际及年代际海表温度（Sea Surface Temperature, SST）与海表温度距平（Sea Surface Temperature Anomaly, SSTA）数据。该数据的生成需先对月均SST和SSTA数据，在台风季涵盖的7个自然月（5月至11月）内进行二次平均。数据集的时间跨度为1977年至2016年，其中海表温度距平的计算基准年设定为1941年至1970年。
