Small RNA-sequencing of whole blood from patients with decompensated cirrhosis (DCC) vs. liver cirrhosis (LC)

We report small RNA sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of microRNA content in whole blood from patients with decompensated cirrhosis patients (DCC) or liver cirrhosis controls (LC). The aim of this study is to explore the miRNA differences between decompensated cirrhosis patients (DCC) and liver cirrhosis controls (LC).
