资源简介:
The dataset is designed to support research on the effectiveness of the DAid® smart socks system. This system is integrated into a preventive exercise program (FIFA 11+) for young football players, with the goal of reducing injury risk and improving functional outcomes. The data encompasses biofeedback metrics collected from the DAid® smart socks, including movement and performance indicators during exercise, results of the preventive program, functional health outcomes, and injury occurrence data. The data is collected through the use of wearable smart textile technology, which records real-time performance feedback during exercise sessions. This data is processed and analyzed to evaluate the system's impact on injury prevention. The scope of the dataset is to support scientific inquiry in sports science, particularly in injury prevention methodologies. Data management is guided by the FAIR principles to ensure the data is ethically handled, secure, and available for reuse. The dataset's design promotes transparency, data sharing, and future collaboration, in line with best practices for open science initiatives.
