These are the sequences generated from Xinix AI team during XPRIZE Rainforest semifinals over 24 hours of sampling and 48 hours of lab work. Note that these are a subset of the entire data generated because this is what we collected within the time frame of the competition. <br> We used MinION sequencing (SQK-LSK114 with a FLO-MIN114 R10.4.1 flowcell) to generate these reads. We applied superaccuracy model with dorado basecaller for basecalling. ONTbarcoder (Srivathsan et al., 2021) was used to demultiplex the basecalled reads.
