Polygenic Scores Derived from ~150,000 UK Biobank individuals - Hofmeister et al., 2025

This repository contains the PGS derived from a subset of ~150,000 UK Biobank white British individuals used in our Haplotype-based Genetic Assortative Mating study (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.09.24.678243v1)Each file contain the PGS for one phenotype, named as "<<phenotype_code>>.betas.tsv.gz". Use the manifest file to match phenotype codes to phenotype names. These files are ready to use with LDpred2 and pgs_calc (https://pgsc-calc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/)
