Reproducibility package: Prioritising Inventory Counts in Hospital Foodservice

Reproducibility package for the article "Prioritising Inventory Counts in Hospital Foodservice: Discrepancy Analytics, Uncertainty-Aware Ranking and the Decision Value of Machine-Learning Screening". The package contains the de-identified analytic data (18,099 depot × material records from the March 2026 physical inventory count of 49 depots at 27 locations of a multi-site hospital catering network, with depot-level service-volume summaries), all R and Python analysis and figure code, the recorded outputs and logs of the production runs, the out-of-fold machine-learning predictions and the 28 article figure files. It reproduces every number, table and figure in the article and its supplement. Depot, site and material names are replaced by internal codes.
