Piezometry control network stations in the Guadalquivir river basin district

Operational piezometric control points classified as ‘De Baja’ that make up the network for monitoring the quantitative status of groundwater bodies defined within the Guadalquivir river basin district. At the beginning of the First Planning Cycle (2009-2015), the official control network consisted of 179 piezometers. After the revision and updating of the networks started between 2012-2013, this number was increased by 41 points during the first phase (up to 220) and by 45 more during 2015 (up to 265 operational points that currently make up the control network).
