We describe a method, SCARlink (Single-cell ATAC+RNA linking), to predict gene expression from chromatin accessibility and enhancer regions using single-cell multi-ome data sets. More details about the method can be found on https://github.com/snehamitra/SCARlink. Here, the data includes preprocessed files, scripts, and SCARlink output files necessary to generate the figures in the manuscript, "Single-cell multi-ome regression models identify functional and disease-associated enhancers and enable chromatin potential analysis". The preprocessed files are generated using publicly available data sets; the details of which can be found in the manuscript.
