资源简介:
Dopamine is critical for neural circuit modulation and also affects behavior. Dopamine agonists have been used to treat multiple neurological disorders and lead to different clinical outcomes. However, their effects on behavior and the underlying molecular mechanisms are unclear. In this study, we used zebrafish as a model to study the effects of the dopamine agonists SKF-38393, quinpirole, and pergolide on behavior and systematically analyzed their effects on molecular events with highresolution transcriptome analysis.
