SARS-CoV-2 Deep Sequencing Comparing Two Challenge Stocks

Here, we deep sequenced two challenge stocks of SARS-CoV-2 that were derived from the Center of Disease Control isolate of a Washington State patient (the first US case of 2019-nCOV). One stock was obtained from BEI Resources and the other from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Both stocks were isolated using the ARTIC protocol and prepped to be sequenced on a Illumina MiSeq by using a Truseq Library prep kit.
