Remote Homolog (SCOP Families) Pairwise Alignments by TM-Align

These are pairwise alignments of remote homologs. The family membership is from SCOP2. All pairs exhibit Twlight Zone levels of identity after alignment using Tm-align. Therefore they are verfied homologs by SCOP2 family membership and verified remote homolog pairs by Tm-align alignment identities. Since they are from the same SCOP2 family, they serve as a good benchmark for pairwise alignment with fewer gaps than interfamily remote homologs.
