Flat-rate areas of DIRI AGRIAL in ST-Germain-sur-Sarthe in Sarthe

Pursuant to Circular DPPR/SEI2/FA-07-0066 of 4 May 2007, the Prefect informs the mayors of the technological risks surrounding classified facilities for the protection of the environment (ICPE). This information consists of the definition of flat-rate areas for silos. Flat-rate distance distances are of two types: Z1, the most restrictive for the control of urbanisation and Z2. The regulatory arrangements for the control of urbanisation can be consulted on the decree of 29/03/04.
