An area for which an exchange of use has been established or has been decided on a simplified land consolidation pursuant to the Act of 12 July 1976 laying down special measures for land consolidation pursuant to the Act in the execution of large infrastructure works (Belgian Official Gazette 15/10/1976). Within this area, the Vlaamse Landmaatschappij may exercise a pre-emption right pursuant to the Decree on the Land consolidation Act of 12 July 1976, for a certain period.
