Observed Indian Ocean Warming Trend Applied to the IPSL-CM6A-LR model

This experiment applies the observed warming trend of the tropical Indian Ocean (0.15 deg C per decade; Hu and Fedorov, 2019) to the tropical Indian Ocean region in the IPSL-CM6A-LR pre-industrial control run. The methods of nudging are defined in Ferster et al. (2021), where here we apply an observed warming rate rather than a constant (as in Ferster et al., 2021).
