A fish-eating bat, Myotis pilosus, was one of the most striking members among bats, compared with insectivorous bats. We performed full-length transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis by using the Pacific Bioscience Sequel platform and Illumina HiSeq platform on the multi-tissues of M. pilosus. A total of 40Gb of subreads were generated, including 29,991 full-length non-chimeric (FLNC) sequences.
