GDR data on undeclared work 2013 — criminal convictions within the meaning of § 149(2) no. 4 GewO — Stock on 31.12.2013

With the overview “GZR data on undeclared work 2013”, the Federal Office of Justice provides the result of evaluations of the final criminal court convictions registered in 2013 of the Partial Register of Natural Persons on the basis of Section 149(2) No. 4 of the Trade Code (GewO). The data set includes all final criminal court convictions for a criminal offence pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the SchwarzArbG, Sections 15 and 15a of the Workers’ Leaves Act (AÜG) or § 266a(1), (2) and (4) of the Criminal Code (StGB), which have been committed in connection with or in connection with the exercise of a trade or the operation of another economic undertaking, if a custodial sentence of more than three months or a fine of more than ninety daily rates (Section 149(2) No. 4 GewO) has been established.
