To pinpoint the molecular and biological processes that are targeted by HSAL and lead to enhanced root growth in nutrient poor environments. We performed a genome-wide transcript analysis of the root tip of 7-day-old seedlings treated with or without HSAL for 12 h using RNA-seq.
