Modelling batch kinetics and optimal batch design

Modeling bioprocess kinetics requires two experimental data sets that will perform parameter estimation, cross-validation performance, and bootstrap confidence analysis. Once model is validated, all parameters are estimated, optimal batch design is projected based on set objectives生物过程动力学（bioprocess kinetics）建模需使用两套实验数据集，以开展参数估计、交叉验证性能评估及自助法（bootstrap）置信区间分析。待模型验证通过后，即可确定全部参数的取值，并基于预设目标规划最优分批工艺设计。
