Lifespan Trajectories of Asymmetry in White Matter Tracts

This archive provides a fully containerized reproducible environment for the Lifespan Trajectories of Asymmetry in White Matter Tracts project. The Docker image includes the complete analysis codebase, cleaned GAMLSS model .rds files, and the full wmlifespan conda environment required to run all modeling, visualization, and inference scripts used in the study. Because subject-level MRI data cannot be shared publicly, this image includes only cleaned model objects with all raw residuals, response vectors, and sensitive elements removed. Users can load the image using docker load and execute any analysis by running Python or R scripts within the wmlifespan environment via micromamba run. This container enables long-term reproducibility of all modeling results and supports transparent dissemination of the analytic pipeline described in the manuscript.The source paper can be found at DOI: 10.1101/2025.09.29.678806
