This repository contains the dataset, software, and results obtained with NSGA-II, MOEA/D, Global WASF-GA, and NSGA-II-OSD on MOKP-2 with instances of 250, 500, and 750 objects. The paper (https://www.aimspress.com/article/doi/10.3934/mbe.2022156) and review reports are also included. This paper presents a hybrid MOEA for handling overlapping solutions that combines the classic NSGA-II with a strategy based on Objective Space Division (OSD). The impact of overlapping solutions on MOEAs is analyzed in depth, studying the number of overlapping solutions, the number of solution repairs, the hypervolume metric, the achievement surfaces, and the approximation to the real Pareto front, for different sizes of MOKP 0-1 with two objectives. The proposed method offers very good performance compared to the classic NSGA-II, MOEA/D, and Global WASF-GA algorithms.
