Whole genome sequencing of three Saccharomyces cerevisiae deletion mutant arrays in the non-standard genetic backgrounds (ssDMAs). ssDMAs created by backcrossing of S288C into genetic background of interest. Samples include ssDMAs in the UWOPS87-2421, Y55 and YPS606 backgrounds, two S288C background controls (BY4742 DMA and Boone DMA) and the parental strains UWOPS87-2421 and Y55.
