Transcriptome of citrus Clementine and Dancy infected with the tangerine pathotype of Alternaria alternata and Toxin Synthesis-impaired Mutant

To compare the transcriptional differences that occur in Clementine and Dancy leaves in response to the tangerine pathotype of Alternaria alternata versus Toxin Synthesis-impaired Mutant infection at 24hpi and 48hpi, plant leaves inoculated with each strain were examined by RNAseq. Overall design: Plant leaves were inoculated with A.alternata wild-type strain Z7, or Mutant ACTT6, and samples were sequenced at 24h and 48h after inoculation.
