MGCP* Preregistered Predictive Utility Validation: Locked Predictions, Real-World Sensor Data, and Final Verdict

Full preregistered validation package for MGCP* (Morphogenetic Coherence Potential), a candidate cross-domain coherence invariant. Contains: (1) locked preregistration files with SHA-256 manifest timestamped before unblinding, (2) held-out domain matrix, (3) locked thresholds and predictions, (4) analysis plan, (5) real-world validation results across GPR (CMU-GPR Seq C.0), Sonar (UATD OpenSLT), and LiDAR (Stanford 3D Scanning Repository) sensor domains, and (6) final verdict document. VERDICT: STRONG PASS. AUROC >= 0.80, p < 0.05, and Cliff delta >= 0.60 in all three tested domains without threshold retuning. Cohen d = 153.42 in LiDAR domain. All null controls (white noise, pink noise, phase scramble, shuffled frames, Kolmogorov turbulence) defeated. Preregistration SHA-256 integrity verified.
