Katrina Sa'ade to Suleiman Farhat, 24 May 1933

The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny. <br>In this letter Katrina Sa'ade writes to Suleiman Farhat (her second husband) from Los Angeles relaying the news that she has appendicitis and the trip will need to be delayed by a month. At this time she was reluctantly travelling from California to Ramallah, Palestine with her 3 youngest children to live with Suleiman's family. Suleiman and her first daughter from her first marriage, Julia Kabande, were continuing to live in California.<br>These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
