Glx network correlations and mapping.

The Spearman's correlation coefficient of glx with the transcripts of the network is recorded (|r|>0.254, p<0.05; |r|>0.330, p<0.01). The physical location (Mb) of each transcript is noted in bold. For chromosomes containing eQTL or mQTL LOD>3.0, the transcript eQTL and glx mQTL ±1.5 LOD interval are given in Mb. Spearman's correlation coefficients between network transcripts and all fifteen amino acids are found in Table S4.
