ExoMiR-Atlas: Curated Dataset of Exosomal miRNAs Associated with Myocardial Infarction (2018–2024)

This dataset is a curated collection of exosomal microRNA (miRNA) studies related to myocardial infarction (MI), developed as part of the ExoMiR-Atlas project. It contains 20 peer-reviewed studies published between 2018 and 2024, systematically extracting structured information on exosomal miRNA expression, function, and associated mechanisms in MI contexts.
