The effect of oral anticoagulants on the gut microbiota of patients with atrial fibrillation based on 16S rRNA Sequencing

In the present study, we performed 16S rRNA sequencing analysis in 42 AF patients who had received chronic oral anticoagulants treatment, 47 AF patients who had not, and 40 healthy volunteers. A follow-up study was conducted. Metagenomic functional prediction of important bacterial taxa was achieved using PICRUSt2.
