Data for the DMC-BrainMap manuscript

This repository contains the data of the DMC-BrainMap manuscript. The data is structured in folders according to the manuscripts' figures. In each folder a <i>plotting_notes.json </i>file can be found specifying the information used to create the initial plots using the DMC-BrainMap software. Each folder contains subfolders containing the data from the respective mice as described in Table 1 of the manuscript. Images are found in the <i>rgb/binary/single_channel </i>folder. Registration data in the <i>sharpy_track </i>folder. Segmentation data in the <i>segmentation </i>folder. The results data in the <i>results </i>folder.Data for Fig S1-S3 is located in the Fig 3 folder and data for the Fig S4 in the Fig 7 folder. Gene expression data for Fig 7/Fig S4 is provided. Neuropixel data for Fig 4 is provided.
