Abstract: This dataset presents the simulation model of MOP-2, an operating mode of the NR-UPQC system. In this mode, the nanogrid operates connected to the main grid and integrates a photovoltaic (PV) generation system, a battery, and a supercapacitor (SC). The control strategy focuses on active power management and dispatch control, enabling coordinated energy flow between generation, storage, and the grid. Instantaneous power from each source is calculated and used to dynamically balance the DC-link power based on a defined reference. The model includes separation of high and low frequency power components via filtering, enabling the SC to handle fast transients while the battery manages steady-state demand. MPPT ensures optimal PV operation.
