Regional history on monthly collection of organic arable crops and oilseeds since 2000

Monthly statistics on organic (t) collection from States 2, mandatory monthly declarations made by grain collectors and producers who track inputs, exits, stocks and cash deposits of consumer grains and seeds. The status of collector shall be conferred on operators justifying that they treat cereals and oleo-proteaginous crops in metropolitan France for the purposes of their industry or that they collect cereals and oleo-proteaginous crops in metropolitan France for marketing purposes. Collectors must keep stock records tracing stocks and movements (receipt, exit, etc.) and report to FranceAgriMer the flows, stocks and large uses of the collected grains in order to make it possible to establish and make reliable the cereal balances necessary for the proper functioning and monitoring of markets by the national and Community authorities concerned.
