GProfiler Outputs for Manuscript entitled: The Role of Estrogen Receptors and House Dust Mite–Induced DNA Methylation in a Mouse Model

These data are output files from gProfiler analysis in .CSV. In this study, we aimed to investigate whether estrogen receptor–specific DNA methylation contributes to HDM-induced airway remodeling and hyperresponsiveness. Male and female C57BL/6J wild-type mice and estrogen receptor α and β knockout mice (Esr1-/- and Esr2-/-) were exposed to HDM or phosphate-buffered saline for five weeks. We used g:Profiler on November 24, 2025 (version: e113_eg59_p19_f6a03c19) to assess networks of predicted and regulated genes were constructed using differentially methylated genes that showed significant interactions at the HDM and biological sex levels to identify potential targets of individual genes implicated in asthma-associated lung inflammation.
