Characterization of molecular changes associated with aging in the mouse cochlear lateral wall

Overall goal of the study is to identify key molecular regulators that change in the cochlear lateral wall as a function of aging Three experimental replicates of lateral wall (LW) from young (2 months) and old (2.5 years) CBA/CaJ mice were compared by RNAseq analysis本研究的总体目标为鉴定随衰老进程在耳蜗外侧壁（cochlear lateral wall）中发生表达变化的关键分子调控因子。研究选取2月龄年轻及2.5年老龄CBA/CaJ小鼠的耳蜗外侧壁（LW）样本，每组设置3次实验重复，通过RNAseq分析对两组样本进行对比分析。
